The Hopkinton Running Club Couch to 5k is a 10-week program designed to train anyone who has ever wanted to run a 5k (3.1 mile) road race. In person training begins on Sunday April 3 and is held weekly from 8 to 9 am. The goal of the program is to run Sharon Timlin Memorial 5k on Saturday June 18, 2022.
The cost of the program is $50 per person and includes weekly in person training sessions, access to our professional running coaches, a Couch to 5K t-shirt and a 1-year membership to the Hopkinton Running Club.
Please note that this program does NOT include the race fee for the Sharon Timlin 5k, participants will need to register for the event by clicking here.
