The Hopkinton Running Club Couch to 5k is a 10 week coached training program leading up to the Sharon Timlin Memorial 5k on June 17th in Hopkinton.
For $75, you will get advice, guidance and motivation from professional running coach and author Erin Mahoney and other local runners, a C2-5k t-shirt, and 2017 membership to the Hopkinton Running Club. Couch to 5k meets every Sunday morning at 8am at the track behind Hopkinton Middle School from April 9 to June 11.
Over 65 runners participated in the Couch to 5K Program in 2016. It doesn’t matter if you are just getting back into running after a long time away or these are your first steps toward becoming a runner, all are welcome.
